The 8th-generation Honda Civic is the latest from Honda, and has two Si models to choose from: The 2-door coupe and 4-door sedan (2007-Up). In addition, Honda also offers a limited edition 4-door Mugen Si. The newest generation Civic Si is the highest performing Civic ever released in the US, and continues to be a very popular vehicle for compact car performance enthusiasts.
The coupe is sleek, modern and aggressive looking. It comes standard with a wing, 17" wheels, and the usual Si and DOHC iTVTEC badging. The Sedan model is very similar, except comes with the extra convenience of 4 doors. The Mugen Si is only available as a sedan, and includes special Mugen badging, 18" wheels, a more aggressive (and adjustable) rear wing, and special body work. Honda has committed to making only 1000 of these models, making them highly collectible and rare. I had the chance of looking at one at a dealership, and the Mugen Si is a good looking car. It looks like Honda's version of a Lancer Evolution.
